what’s wrong with it?mechanic

I have over 10 years experience fixing hardware and software problems with Apple computers and many more working with PCs. I prefer to work with Apple computers as they are (in a way) more straightforward.

I gained the qualification of ACTC (Apple Certified Technical Coordinator) whilst working in Brighton with a local AASP (Apple Authorised Service Provider). I learned from engineers with many years experience how to diagnose, isolate and find faults, as well as how to take apart every model available at the time (I have learned the skills needed to apply that knowledge to every subsequent model).

HELP ME!confused

OK, give me a call on the number above or send me your details here and I will get back to you and attempt to help you fix it over the phone. If I am successful please consider a donation of your choosing.

If the machine still isn’t working correctly I can then come visit you for a small fee (negotiable) and I will spend up to half an hour attempting to fix it. If I fix it please consider a donation for my time.
If the machine still isn’t working I can either spend longer (£60ph / negotiable) on-site, or I can take it away and charge you a fixed ‘bench fee’ (£90 / negotiable): this means I will spend as long as it takes getting it working (parts extra).
